⁦ ⁦⁦@Costco⁩ can you please ensure to use professional carriers for delivery! My recent delivery was damaged and report from tech. Ordered replacement and asked for a different installation crew, and was sent the same guys! They didn’t wear masks properly.

@InnovelSolution Hi, I need help with a delivery - window today was 12:30-2:30, I called at 3pm and they said the team was one stop away. It’s now 5:45p and no delivery. My husband held for 20 minutes and had to hang up. I’m now going on 15+ minutes...please help.

Hey @Costco you should find another appliance delivery company to partner with. @InnovelSolution is doing a disservice to the Costco brand. Poor customer service. Don’t think the words I’m sorry are in their vocabulary when they inevitably mess up.
