There’s some mini abs hiding under that fat. 😣 May have to start doing a little cardio soon. 😏 Also why do my legs look so small? 😭

Summer is the season most women unknowingly destroy their hair. UV rays break down the proteins in your strands. Chlorine strips your scalp of its natural oils. Heat dries out the roots before they can grow. And most women reach for a deep conditioner. That helps the strand. Not the scalp. Your scalp microbiome takes the real hit — and nobody talks about it. A damaged scalp can’t grow strong hair. No matter how much product you use. Fix the foundation first. The hair follows. DM me “SCALP” and I’ll show you exactly how. 👇 #HairLoss #ScalpHealth #ThinningHair #HairWellness #FemalHairLoss #HairCare #HealthyHair #Longevity

Another day flew by in the blink of an eye! I went grocery shopping during my lunch break! Other than that, it was just the gym and work! My days really are so monotonous! But even so, I’m happy!😆 Please stay safe everyone 🙏 Have a blessed day 🍀💝🤗

Most women don’t lose their hair. They lose their scalp health first. Buildup. Imbalance. Starved roots. The hair just follows. Fix the scalp — and the hair comes back. DM me “SCALP” and I’ll show you exactly how. 👇 #HairWellness #ScalpHealth #Longevity

I had zero interest in breakfast before my ride. And I didn’t touch my ride food. But, 3 hours later, I took one look at this cinnamon roll and was like yes yes please 😋

@DrKristieLeong That’s exactly the right framing, Dr. Leong. The soil analogy is perfect — and it’s why most hair products fail. They treat the strand, not the root environment. Fertilize the scalp, and the hair follows. Thank you for adding the science behind it 🙏

Well said! Most people treat hair loss like a dead plant. They focus on the leaves (the hair strands) rather than the soil (the scalp microbiome). Plus, a lot of anti-dandruff and clarifying shampoos are too harsh. They act like antibiotics, wiping out the good bacteria alongside the bad. To fix the hair, we have to stop sanitizing the scalp and start fertilizing it.

The scalp can be restored. Fermented nutrition. Delivered where hair actually grows. Women are seeing results in 90 days. You didn’t lose your hair forever. You just haven’t fixed the right thing yet. What does your dream hair look like? 👇 #HairWellness #GutBrainHealth #Longevity

Here’s what actually happened: Your scalp microbiome broke down. Just like your gut — your scalp needs a balanced ecosystem to grow healthy hair. When it’s off, follicles starve. Roots weaken. Hair thins — then stops. No shampoo fixes this. Because no shampoo goes deep enough.
