@NotDrDeath This match is an absolute all-timer. Austin always seems to downplay his in-ring ability, but watching him and Barry Windham tear it up at the start of this match tells a completely different story. The chemistry, intensity, and execution are on another level.

@IrishIWasOn I recommended this match awhile back to someone too young to have seen WCW in real time. I did not know they had never seen a real War Games match before.

This might be the greatest collection of talent ever assembled on a single War Games team. I know I’m biased since Bobby Eaton and Arn Anderson are both in my all-time Top 5, but the level of skill, psychology, and working ability in this group is unreal.

Watching The Steiner Brothers vs. Takayuki Iizuka & Tatsumi Fujinami for the first time in years. This kind of tag team wrestling barely exists anymore: physical, believable, & paced perfectly. The modern product just doesn’t capture this level of chemistry & intensity.

@S_ATL_Wrestling I gave it up almost two years ago. Now I just drink one caffeinated flavored water in the morning, and that’s my limit for caffeine. Making the switch was definitely difficult at first.
