Hello i tried to log into my EA account i have been using for years supporting this company as a customer but as an investor and i get notified that my account is locked due to breach of TOS. I know that i have never done anything to breach TOS i only play apex on stream with my friends i don't use this account for any other games except maybe FIFA games on release. I tried to contact support emailed them from multiple accounts the past 7 days but to no avail. I don't want any special treatment due to my position i just want one person to read my case and check my account and see that there has been no breach from my part. Is there anyone that is experiencing something similar? My biggest issue is not that this happened people make mistakes its the fact that i cant find a person to actually check my account and correct the mistake.
