@JC_PRTZN Well, after they made their offer, I told the realtor to go back and see if they were interested. They were...at 2/3rds their original offer. I am just pissed at the fiasco.

So I am trying to sell a building lot. I suggested to the realtor we sell it to the neighbors, and got an offer that I thought may be OK but she said was too low. After a protracted period, I find because of Ithaca's "Net Zero" policy, you can no longer put a house on the lot that taps into the natural gas pipeline. Now it's just a lot. Meanwhile, they are planning a data center.
