As G protein coupled receptors are the target of ~30% of all FDA approved medications, new pathways critical to GPCR signaling shape not only our understanding of how cells respond to hormones and other stimuli, but also can help guide drug discovery efforts.

We are excited to share a preprint detailing biochemical and cellular evidence for direct interactions between G proteins and beta-arrestins, two proteins critical to the function of G protein coupled receptors. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
