@England@wembleystadium Utterly tragic. Constantly pumping it into the mixer when they've got all 11 in the box. Yet another tournament where we're forced to rely on individual moments from players like TAA. God help us all
@ToonPolls Imagine watching your team barely venture out their own half for 90 minutes, then, at 10pm, have to start the long journey back home to London
Thank you as always for your lovely comments. If you’ve got a question for our @RestIsFootball Q&A please just reply to this post. We will answer as many as we can. Thank you 🙌🏻
Fair play to the Arsenal fans for honouring the minutes silence for the full 90 minutes.
No wonder the Emirates is a library if that’s their travelling support.
The worst away end we’ve had at St James’ for a long time. Genuinely embarrassing.
Sshhhhh. #Arsenal#COYG#NUFC
@joelwikelind@ToonPolls Livramento also got some of the ball, Havertz didn't. If it was the other way around, you'd demand a red, as I would if Bruno's was reversed. You know you would, and there's no harm admitting it
@Jack97nufc@ToonPolls Again, his leading foot was off the ground but it didnt make contact. It was onfront of Longstaff. His trailing foot that makes contact is on the ground. If "off the ground" is the problem then let me tell you, Livramento was way higher off the ground than Havertz
@joelwikelind@ToonPolls If the roles were reversed, and Longstaff went in on Havertz like that, you'd be saying it's a red. He was nowhere near the ball and completely off the ground
@Jack97nufc@ToonPolls Theyre the same. Havertz made contact with his trailing foot which was along the ground. That cant break a leg. Yeah sure Livramento won the ball but he also flew into Martinelli scissoring his legs. Possibly even more dangerous had it been a bit more forceful. Theyre both yellow
@joelwikelind@ToonPolls But it was dangerous. If Longstaffs studs were firmly in the ground, it's a leg breaker. It has to be a red. Livramento did get the ball, though, even if it was a touch forceful, I think a yellow was probably fair
@Jack97nufc@ToonPolls He hit with his trailing foot. The reasoning for being yellow was "reckless not dangerous". He was infront of the player and hit with his trailing foot. Do you also think Livramento should have had a red for scissoring and almost injuring Martinelli?
@Coronaknight@joelwikelind@ToonPolls And yet that club made you cry. There are literally tears on your face because you lost a game of football. Grow up
