@jrnaib2 So it is Tinubu you will put the whole blame? When you know the sponsors are doing it so that you can continue to say what you’re saying now. We in the central are now being attacked because of politics, like we’re fools for you and Igbos to now think it will determine our votes

Bola Tinubu must go in 2027.
Von Batten-Montague-York, L.C.@batten_von

In Nigeria, under President Bola Tinubu, an estimated average of "75" Nigerians (Christians and Muslims) are either murdered or kidnapped by terrorists every single day. Let that sink in. While innocent Nigerians continue to suffer, President Bola #Tinubu’s proxies are reportedly telling stakeholders in Washington, D.C. that, if reelected, he plans to ban Sharia law in #Nigeria, while at the same time reportedly ordering Nigerian military leaders to conceal reports of Christian deaths until after the upcoming presidential election. President Tinubu (@officialABAT) does not care about Christians, nor does he care about Muslims. He cares about power and believes he can fool both President #Trump and the Nigerian people. Until Nigerians elect a leader willing and able to stop the killings and unite #Christians and #Muslims, innocent Nigerians will continue to be murdered or kidnapped every single day. Sadly, one day the victim could be you, a family member, or a friend. @realDonaldTrump @SusieWiles47 @WhiteHouse @HouseForeignGOP @HouseForeign @SFRCdems @SecRubio @StateDept @AsstSecStateAF @SenateForeign @NGRPresident @HouseNGR @NGRSenate @CNNAfrica @BBCAfrica @Reuters @Atiku @officialABAT @AFP @ForeignPolicy @inecnigeria @SenTedCruz @RepBrianMast @SusieWiles

@HAHayatu Exactly, but I think it’s because people thought he was sidelined from the beginning for that reason, but I don’t think he was ever sidelined it’s just how our constitution defines VP role

When most of this APC contestants from the north see that Tinubu is rejected they will distance themselves from Tinubu and say vote me and vote who you like for president , words like "ayi chanchanta" will be used. It happened to GEJ.

With Seyi Makinde on the ballot, Yoruba Christians across the North-Central and Southwest will finally have an alternative to Bola Tinubu's same-faith ticket. Both Bola Tinubu and Peter Obi will be negatively impacted by Seyi Makinde's candidacy in 2027. 🤣

Kwankwaso never expected this backlash from the north he brags about. Everywhere you go is curses on him for an attempt at dividing the north, it has not even happened but people are angry with him. He thought the north are like his sheeps that will follow him blindly.

The Obidients started this campaign with the turn of the south mantra. Tinubu also officialised it. It is the turn of the south while sitting on 63% of northern votes in the Aso Villa. Millions of Atiku supporters do not believe in a turn by turn arrangement that is not in our constitution and party bylaws. We also believe that Atiku is more competent than Obi and Tinubu combined. To counter this stubborn southern sentiments, we are launching a northern regional sentiment for Atiku. We shall lock down the NE and NW and parts of NC and see how the turn of the south thing can work. The north contributed majority of the votes that produced the sitting southern president and we got nothing but insecurity, poverty, and arrogant discrimination. We need a northern president to fix this mess. So, 2027 is the turn of the north and Atiku is that northern candidate.

@Pharmacio001 @ADCVanguard_ Have you backed out of Atiku presidency? Or did Atiku said he’s not competing again? Because all Atiku supporters are just campaigning for Jonathan, meaning they were never in support of Obi presidency they just want to use him to get to power, they were all afraid of his 2 terms

Personally, I've never seen Atiku in my life, neither have I spoken to him through any medium but I've been a believer of his plans, mission and vision towards Nigeria. The accuse Atiku of paying me dollars which I've never received only for them to collect 2k from their lord and Saviour.. God will punish you people one by one.

This ticket is even more honourable to Kwankwaso, at least GEJ was president. But deputising Obi that Kwankwaso is above in many parameters is weakening for his supporters.

1979 vs. 2027: History Repeats Itself, North, Rise for Atiku! In 1979, Nigeria’s landmark presidential race featured three political titans: 1. North: Shehu Shagari 2. East: Nnamdi Azikiwe 3. Southwest: Obafemi Awolowo The North’s collective strength and unity delivered a decisive victory, launching the Second Republic and a new era of civilian rule. In 2027, the political landscape mirrors that historic moment: • North: Atiku Abubakar • East: Peter Obi • Southwest: Bola Tinubu However, the stakes are higher today as Nigeria faces unprecedented economic hardship. Atiku Abubakar offers unmatched experience, proven competence, and the bridge, building capacity required to fix the economy and restore national hope. This is his final outing, his last opportunity to offer his lifetime of service to the nation. Just as in 1979, the North holds the decisive power to determine Nigeria's direction. Atiku has earned the region's trust through consistency and broad national appeal. Discussions on zoning must now take a backseat to performance and fairness; after years of contribution, the North deserves a leader who can deliver. Atiku 2027: Redemption for Nigeria. North, rally once more! #TheAtikuMovement

Anybody who is telling you that Tinubu is the main beneficiary of Peter Obi's move to the ADC is an APC supporter. They have no logical argument to support the claim. If numbers will decide who wins, not INEC collusion, Tinubu has more issues to worry about. These are my reasons. 1. The northern support base of Tinubu is now degraded by at least 50%. His 2023 numbers do not exist because of his tribal politics and economic mismanagement. 2. Buhari's support base is now degraded by about 50%. His fight with Malami, Nasir Elrufai, and others will make it difficult for him to win in the core north. 3. The significant in roads he managed to put together in the SE and SS will be severely affected by Obi. That's Obi's political home and that will count. 4. Tinubu's NC plan is thwarted by Obi's move to the NDC. 5. The Christians that are courted by Tinubu's evangelical network is now threatened by Obi. He's positioning as the most formidable Christian candidate in the election and that will count. 6. Rabi'u will get Obi some votes in Kano, but that will be significantly reduced by the APC and the ADC. Those numbers will not make much difference. I do not see where Tinubu can make up his lost numbers in the north. Atiku's next move should be to pick a running mate in the SW. He will do more damage to Tinubu's camp. Makinde or Aregbe are good options. He can also pick a strong candidate from the SS to dampen Obi and Tinubu in the region. Amaechi is a strong candidate. The game is clear. Anybody who can win the most votes from the NW, NE, and some parts of NC plus one region from the south wins the elections. I challenge any Tinubu supporter to show where dominant numbers will come from beyond the SW. This would be the most tribal and regional election since 1983.

@DeleMomodu This stats in the constitution did provide the right conditions in the sense that, what if it’s a 3 mans or 4 or 5 mans race, it might be difficult to get 25% in 24 states

REALITY CHECKS: "As the 2027 election approaches, it's good to give a highlight of the major conditions required for any candidate to be declared winner of the election according to the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. (1) Candidates must get the majority of the votes from the entire country. (2) Candidate must get at least 25% from at least 24/36 states plus the FCT. In 2023 for example, INEC declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu the winner of the election for securing 36.7% of the total votes and 25% from 29 states. Followed by Atiku Abubakar who secured 29.9% of the votes and got 25% from 21 states. And then Peter Obi who came third with 26.1% of the total votes and 25% from 15 states. What does that mean? Tinubu was declared winner not only because of the number of votes, but also because of the 25% rule, which he secured majority from Ondo, Ekiti, Kwara, Ogun, Oyo, Niger, Kogi, Benue, Jigawa, Zamfara, Borno and Rivers. On the other hand, Atiku Abubakar won states like Osun, Yobe, Gombe, Adamawa, Katsina, Bauchi, Kaduna, Sokoto, Kebbi, Taraba, Bayelsa and Akwa-Ibom bringing it to a total of 12 states. Similarly, Peter Obi won states like Enugu, Anambra, Abia, Ebonyi, Imo, Delta, Cross-River, Edo, Lagos, FCT, Plateau and Nassarawa bringing it to a total of 12 states with none from North-West and North-East. Kwankwaso dominated Kano State with more than a million votes. Based on this highlights, who do you think will win the 2027 presidential election?

Let me tell you a story : Buhari contested 2 times with VP candidates from the SE and lost, infact the last one Ume Ezeoke denied Buhari when Buhari was on litigation with Yaradua in compensation his son was appointed SA by Yaradua. 2011 Buhari moved his VP to SW this time he did very well and got over 11M votes, by 2015 he finally won with a SW VP. One good thing about SW they never vote blindly, typical example is 2023 despite their son Tinubu was candidate Atiku won Osun and got over 182k votes in Oyo, Obi won Lagos too. Their own son Tinubu could only get 55% of votes in the SW 2023, this tells you how independent they are, compare this to Obi that got 90% in SE. Now in the SE Atiku could only get 90k votes in the whole SE zone that's paltry 4% of vote. Verdict : @atiku please make Makinde your running mate for 2027.
