Radical speed month was an excellent idea and it’s wonderful to see such productivity from such a large organization. My hopes for the future of this are: - Shipping more and making things happen becomes a permanent part of A8C’s culture. - Instead of letting each person choose what to work on, management assigns projects which directly contribute to strategic priorities in order to maximize the impact of the work.

What a great experience it’s been. Looking forward to taking some of the learnings and processes back into “normal” work. Thanks to everyone who gave feedback so far on the variations work. I’m certain the project won’t stop there!
