So very sad to read and hear. It’s also based on what Doctors have described was aggravated by all the stress that comes from what drivers typically do whether pushing themselves in their cars, or in simulators. He clearly had some health issues leading up to this, but was trying to shake em’ off. I don’t want to ever hear anyone say motor sports race car drivers aren’t athletes. Prayers for his young family, and may he rest in peace. 🙏

@PCSoonersFan Hugged my youngest son three weeks ago in Missouri while visiting him. We are huggers. Seeing oldest son next month. Cannot wait to hug him.

@RealAbs1776 Walking pneumonia feels that way. You can function but don’t feel good. It is serious. I spent a hot, humid summer battling it in Dallas over 20 years ago. Spent most of my days at the doctor’s office or in bed.

Kyle Busch died of sepsis caused by pneumonia.
I’m sorry, but this makes little to no sense.
With the money and access to treatment he had - someone either missed something or misdiagnosed something.
How was he so sick with pneumonia that it became sepsis, yet 2 days prior he was kart racing with his kid?
If his pneumonia were that far along, would he not have been damn near bed ridden?
And what was his team doing letting him race while being that sick to begin with?

Asked Chase Elliott if he has considered recusing himself from the Most Popular Driver Award voting to allow Kyle Busch that honor, as his father Bill did when Dale Earnhardt died in 2001.
"I would be in extreme favor of Kyle winning the vote. I think that he's a guy that certainly poured a lot of his life into this sport. Although he might've been getting boos a lot of weeks, he also had a lot of fans, and a lot of really passionate fans.
"I really haven't processed all of that, I guess, to get to that point. But I would certainly be in favor of him winning and whatever it took. Yeah, I think it would be really deserving for him to have that honor."

God of the broken,
God of the wanderer,
Christ who is without shelter,
Surround those in deep need among us.
Surround them and help us hear their cries for help.
We are a people who long for the broken to be mended,
We long for justice in the face of much corruption,
We want to practice hospitality but have legitimate fears,

He is the patron saint of adopted children! St. William of Rochester, also known as William of Perth , whose feast day is today, May 23rd, is a 12th-century Scottish baker who lived a devout life after a wild youth. William of Rochester is known for his dedication to the faith and his work as a bishop in England. He was known for his charity, giving every tenth loaf of bread to the poor and attending daily Mass. William adopted an abandoned child named David, whom he raised and taught his trade. In 1201, while on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem, he was murdered near Rochester, England,by David.(the same child he adopted) ,reportedly a robbery.... A mentally ill woman found his body, placed a honeysuckle garland on it, and was miraculously cured of her illness, leading to William’s veneration. He was buried in Rochester Cathedral, where his shrine became a popular pilgrimage site, second only to Canterbury’s. He was canonized in 1256 by Pope Alexander IV,

So, yesterday I was completely normal and did a whole bunch of spring cleaning. Last night around 7 pm I noticed one of my lymph nodes underneath my jaw is extremely enlarged. And tender. Like the size of a walnut in its shell. I’ve taken lots of antihistamines. It’s still there.

If it not better soon, I’ll go to the doctor.

This Norman encampment backed up to a residential neighborhood.
We discovered needles and dangerous debris covering the area. Parents shouldn’t have to fear for their child’s safety while playing outside in the neighborhood.
Operation SAFE is restoring order to Norman.
