@GretchenFloyd @FanDuelSN_CBUS Oh, I understand! I didn't see the monthly option until the rep canceled my season renewal. Now I have a reminder set to cancel that after I renew the season pass....which btw isn't available now, and she didn't know what date it would be. Very frustrating!

She had to cancel my season pass so I could purchase a monthly to get the preseason and first games of regular season (my pass didn't start until 10/16) all because they can't manually change the start date!!!

@FanDuelSN_CBUS If only my season subscription had been turned back on so I could watch. Do you know when the CBJ home opener is? 10/13. Do you know when @FanDuelSN_CBUS plans to turn on season passes? 10/16. I’m sure NO ONE wants to watch the first home game. Been arguing with them for a week!

@Aportzline Only if you've git an active subscription...my fall subscription begins 10/15, yes AFTER the start of the season! Apparently they can't manually change the date either! Been chatting foremost an hour now.... not happy #Fanduel
