#MARM320 Just completed one of my smart goals to run 3km in 15min! I have been convincing my boyfriend to race me sometime, which definitely helped to push me.

#MARK320 Haven’t been able to do much this week due to the rain but taking the time just to relax. This is an update on my best time!

#MARK320 this has been my most consistent week yet!! and today sunshine left one puppy very tried after a big walk.

#MARK Serious question how does everyone go on morning runs in winter without freezing?? Just went on my first one and everything was hurting from the cold

@groones23 weekends off are the best! i got this one off as well so we can be productive together 🤩

Bit of a fail to end the week! Have spent a lot of time on my phone this morning and being lazy today after a late night last night! Got the weekend off so looking at keeping active and proactive in lockdown #MARK320

#MARK320 Started this week off with a run and a walk. Feeling good especially after having a busy weekend working so didn’t get much in. Time has improved slightly so that a positive.

#MARK320 And that was my first run done…bit sore now. Hoping to get a faster time and feel more fit!
