It’s not the mortgage rates that are keeping young people from buying homes, it’s the artificially inflated values that sellers think they can still get. First time home buyers are saying no. Until home values come down 30-50% there will continue to be an affordability problem.

Federal law protects your right to fly the U.S. flag on your property. HOAs can only make reasonable rules on size/placement. Not ban it.
