@Matt_Warren This sounds interesting. Y Combinator has been encouraging startups to build a new age ERP as well. I implement ERPNext and build frappe custom apps. Do you intend to make it open source?

@windsurf_ai #Cascade has been throwing protocol error/EOF while in the writing mode just around when I actually paid for it. Is there a limit to the size of codebase or if there is a limit to business logic processing for a single file that it is not able to effect any changes?

BCCI should try to lobby against test cricket and may be ban it altogether. It causes too much inconvenience to our batsmen cum celebrity-heroes, models, and super stars. T10s and T20s for the win! #INDvsAUS

@NagariaHussain Hi Hussain, In your opinion, between frappe-ui and frappe-react-sdk, which one should one go for if the intent of choosing one of the two is stability and regular updates ?

A screenshot from @rushabh_mehta's talk on 'The Origins of the Framework' at #frappeverse today. @frappetech
Rushabh Mehta is a visionary, on par with Elon Musk. He isn't asking for recognition, but it's time the Indian tech community acknowledges the legend we have among us!

@NagariaHussain Amazing. For agencies and individuals dealing with end to end software development projects, this is more than enough. Why hustle against all the front end libraries if something smooth like frappe.io can be made using frappe and builder alone!
English

@JinishC It’s not an SPA, server rendered with support for data scripts (Frappe as CMS as I call it).
English

@NagariaHussain Hi Hussain. frappe.io looks beautifully done. Is it also built on frappe ui? I found a frappe_io repository on github but it seems to be outdated. Would you know anything about it? Thank you!
English

@NagariaHussain It seems like an SPA with client side routing? Builder supports that? Crazy stuff.
English

@JinishC It is built on Frappe Builder: github.com/frappe/builder ! 🔥
English

@NagariaHussain I have no idea why this worked fine now and not earlier when I tried the same. Thanks a ton!
English

@JinishC Probably the default button style changed. You can get the black buttons, by setting:
<Button
variant="'solid'"
theme="gray"
>
Button
</Button>

@NagariaHussain I am trying to setup my development environment to use vue/frappe-ui. I see that there are two ways and boilerplate projects - one through bench add-frappe-ui(doppio) and the other is through frappe-ui-starter. Which one do you suggest to go for in this case?
English

@NagariaHussain Thank you, Hussain. Also, I was thinking what could be the reason that the buttons in the ping->pong screen has a gray background for me and black for you (in your tutorials). The black one is consistent with the frappe apps and ERPNext.
English

@JinishC add-frappe-ui just sets up the starter for you in the proper place and config. Go ahead with it, I still have to update the boilerplate to the latest frappe-ui though, but you should be able to figure out after running the command.

I think the best athletes/players are the quickest thinkers and this is perfect illustration of this. Notice how Rafa gets up from the fall…Sees that the incoming ball is slow enough that he will reach it so takes a split second to wipe his right hand on his thigh in case he needs it to hit a backhand later in the point ❤️🔥

@rushabh_mehta Thanks, Rushabh. I will try to do something like Total Cost = Base Fee × Company Size Factor × Customization Factor × Migration Factor + Portal Page Development Cost. And keep the base rate as 50k.
Thank you!
English

@JinishC The answer is, it depends. Size of company, customisation, migration etc. Small implementations start as low as 50k
English

@rushabh_mehta Is there a framework or a formula to guide a company charge India based clients for erpnext implementation, customization, and frappe app development? How can one keep it within an acceptable and valuable range where the value and money exchange makes sense?
English

@frappetech @erpnext Frappe is such a beautiful framework. Is there any book already out there which the internet is not picking up or are there people working on writing one? It's high time this framework had books written on and around it.
