@NevilleHarris88 @big_pearls_oo N1 has 3 incredible jams in DMM, Echo and Green River. Only knock is it’s tough to have Silver Rising and Your Ocean in the same 1st set.

A bit like 2/15 BM last year the thing this jam doesn’t have going for it is it “isn’t that interesting” or isn’t multi faceted. And I just don’t care. Sometimes the band locks in so effectively that I don’t need or want anything more and it’s great at what it does. Relentless.

@NevilleHarris88 Randomly just listened to it on a walk 30 minutes ago. May not be multi faceted but it is all gas and no one does that better. One of my top 10 favorite jams so far in 26.

My personal fave Gonzo stuff, sort of in order sort of not -Good2b. One of the most beautiful quiet jams in recent memory -Arcadia -Animal -Return of Borne slow jam, as an opener, with oomph -Madhuvan, obligatory -AIN -AWS -First jammed Jed

The blasts of sustain Rick gets out of the first peak in the Gonzo Madhuvan are insanely good and then the shreddy section with Jim gets better and better as it goes on Low key one of the best jams of 2026 so far imo

@Letterbomber I think N2 was an example of a classic elite Goose show. Pretty ballsy to play a 9 song headlining show. I’ve listened to about half the fest. Plenty of psychedelic, spacey jamming. I disagree about the college kids. But I see the argument.

Not feeling Goose on this tour outside of the NOLA shows tbh. Trying too hard to attract the college party crowd and doesn't feel authentic. Hopefully they're saving the real creativity for the Euro/summer tour.

The Goose Mexico festival has such a good lineup, it must burn badly for those goosers that couldn't make it Biscuits, MMJ, Eggy, Dwellers, Dogs, just a wildly good lineup. Previous Mexico fest never had such a heady lineup

@ry_storm @m__mckinney I loved the debut. Thought debuting a new song in Cabo that was not on the album the band just released was awesome. I also think this studio version is super cool. Sounds like a modern 80’s loggins tune. Two different mediums-two different versions.

Listened to studio Torero b2b with 6-19-25 and I still cannot fathom what some of ya’ll are saying. Comparing this to Arrow live vs studio is so far outside of reality I dont even know where to begin.

@bigsullyt @NevilleHarris88 This is clearly a heavily 80’s leaning album with a certain concept/soundscape. Good2B-MJ, Torero-Loggins, Big Modern-Dire Straights, Media-Talking Heads…If you are looking for something that sounds like 90% of their songs you may want to prepare yourself.

@NevilleHarris88 I know Torero didn’t have a ton of live play time like some of the songs on EMG but I just am scared because that album was such a disappointment for me
