@DPDgroup_news What I would like is to understand how - as a delivery company - you consider it acceptable to close your depot and destroy customers’ orders rather than offer a solution, like allowing people to pick up their order? I’m still receiving messages saying the delivery is delayed!

@DPDgroup_news I haven’t received updates from you for the past 2 days on the delivery of my Christmas turkey. I called the farm who spoke to DPD: apparently your Middleton branch has closed because you ‘can’t cope’ and all perishables are being destroyed. Utterly appalling.
