Obito is fairly sure Minato is going 100% speed, only to get FTG Lvl2. Minato is in the air, without any physical contact to manouver with, accelerates in the air by turning and rasengans him.

I see people keep comparing ’s Flying Thunder God to Sasuke's Rinnegan swap ability like they’re the same thing when they fundamentally work differently. Minato’s FTG is pure space–time teleportation. He marks a target, person, weapon, or location with a special seal and can instantly teleport to that exact mark whenever he wants. He is not moving fast in the traditional sense he’s bypassing distance entirely. That’s why Minato could: - teleport away Tailed Beast Bombs - instantly appear behind enemies - react to attacks that should realistically be impossible to dodge - chain movements faster than people could process The scary thing about FTG is its efficiency and precision. Once the mark exists, the battlefield basically becomes Minato’s territory. Now compare that to Sasuke’s Amenotejikara. Sasuke is not exactly teleporting across space the way Minato does. Instead, he swaps positions with objects, people, attacks, or even himself within a limited range. It’s more like spatial rearrangement than direct teleportation. Minato: “I instantly move to a prepared point.” Sasuke: “I instantly change where everything is.” That difference matters a LOT. FTG requires preparation but gives near unmatched mobility and tactical control. Amenotejikara requires no seal, making it deadlier in sudden close combat situations because the opponent can not predict the switch. One technique dominates battlefield movement. The other dominates battlefield confusion. Both are broken. But they are broken in completely different ways.
