The United Nations has just adopted a landmark resolution to declare 25 July as the International Day for Judicial Well-being. This resolution was brought forward by Nauru, with over 70 countries co-sponsoring, including Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

UNGA adopted Resolution A/79/L.52, designating 25 July as the International Day for Judicial Well-being. Assembly adopted the resolution with overwhelming support: 160 in favor, 1 against (United States), and 3 abstentions (Haiti, Madagascar, Syria). docs.un.org/A/79/L.52
