I want to correct this a little. It’s because of the culture in Pashtun areas. I don’t know much about Baloch but I’ve seen many Pashtuns who stay in line in KPK but do shady stuff elsewhere. It’s about where they can get away with it, and KP culture, especially in the tribal belt, doesn’t let you get away with it. TTP became powerful the first time also because of an incident with a woman.
Attacking Pashtuns and doing whataboutery over what a Punjabi woman says won’t fix your problems in Punjab. There is a rape emergency in Punjab that needs addressing, not whataboutery.
