@bt_uk Hi there - are there any known faults on the network in my area - CM16? I have FTTP and my modem has all the correct lights but my router has just a constant orange light suggesting no connection.

@bt_uk Hi BT - I had an engineer come to my house to install FTTP yesterday but they left advising dig work was needed - I've now been advised this can take up to 12 weeks... am I entitled to any automatic compensation due to this delay?

@McBeardCH The most recent patch i think has streamlined the first 30-40 hours of story (which was offputting to a lot of people) and plus the free trial is now up to level 60 which includes the first expansion (which was AWESOME). If you have the time I'd definitely go for it
