Karmelo Anthony defense COOKED 🔥 by their own witness‼️ Karmelo’s lawyers have been trying to argue that it’s totally normal for kids from other schools to hang out under/near other teams tents. All of the Prosecution’s witnesses have said otherwise. The defense just called another one of THEIR OWN WITNESSES to the stand. A 17 year old teammate of Karmelo: Defense: What would you do to pass the time? Witness: Scroll on my phone, get food. Defense: What about spending time under other team’s tents? Witness: I don’t think I ever had done it but it never had crossed my mind like that. Defense: Had you ever seen other kids who have done that? Witness: I can’t put my finger on a time when I noticed it. And just like that the defense crumbles again. This is the second time one of their own witnesses has blown up their case right in their faces.

I’ve been trying to find a good representation online of the knife used to kill Austin. It was a green-handled multi-tool knife with a 3 1/2-inch blade and a thumb-click locking mechanism. This is very similar. I don’t think it was serrated. Only difference.

Frisco Police Officer Beau Riley is the next witness for the defense in the crimes against children unit. He was called out to the stadium the day of the stabbing. Gang violence is often excluded from mass shooting counts because the definitions focus on public attacks rather than street crime, that's a standard statistical distinction, not a racial deflection.

You can't just kill someone because they hit you. That is the law. If you are going to go by right and wrong instead of the law, then okay fine. In your eyes it is Justified for that boy to get killed because he hit him and that boy should understand there's consequences. The same consequences karmelo is going to learn that you don't get to kill people just cuz they hit you. So why is everybody defending Carmelo for?
