@SkipTheDishes Update: reason for saying this is because I had 2 shifts yesterday & was not paid for driving and wasting my gas to go to restaurants to pick up food, come to find out when I get there the orders are cancelled!!! WHAT ABOUT MY GAS WASTED AND MY TIME?? THIS HAPPENED FOR 4 ORDERS!!

@SkipTheDishes SKIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COURIERS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS SPENDING THEIR MONEY WHILE WE TAKE THEIR MONEY. THAT IS ALWAYS HOW IT IS. Even on regular days my pay is sometimes $10-$50 less a week that what it should be. THEY’RE SCAMMERS. WILL NOT DRIVE FOR SKIP AGAIN.

@ebonbreeze @SkipTheDishes Lost about $150 today. Wasted my time and gas driving to restaurants only to get there and be told the orders were cancelled. No reimbursement for the drive. Ridiculous app. Probably won’t work for their company again!!

@pradeepsinghbal @SkipTheDishes Same here. Delivered orders or drove to restaurants where orders were cancelled and not paid for a single one of them!! Only response was “we’re having technical difficulties”. Waste of time and gas. Lost about $150 tonight because of this error.

@MaraVitus @SkipTheDishes As a courier I went to about 5 restaurants where all of them were cancelled. I think they’re just saying that so they don’t have to re make the food or skip is saying to restaurants that all orders between 4-10 are cancelled!! Ridiculous customer service.

@SkipTheDishes Yeah really. Would be nice if your staff wouldn't accuse us of cancelling our orders. You need to make sure that your staff handling the incoming THOUSANDS of complaints are aware of the outage. I was pretty ticked when your staff member accused me of cancelling my oreder

@amaltanup @SkipTheDishes I’ve tried emailing them before any of this happened, about a month ago. Still no response. Their customer service sucks for couriers. It’s like they don’t care about their own workers. I’ve also been having the same issues today in regards to wasting time and gas.

@SkipTheDishes I've been driving for almost 40 kilometers accepting orders and trying to pick up from restaurants. When I reach there, they say it's cancelled! I've wasted so much money and time. How are you going to compensate me for this loss? I've tried contacting your customer service.

@SkipTheDishes Do not DM them either. Waste of time. Only thing they will say is to contact their support line. I’ve waiting over an hour as a courier to get a hold of someone for not paying me and no answer!! Acceptance rate is getting lowered too. Do not clock into your shift today!!!

@Tweet_at_will @SkipTheDishes As a courier this is ridiculous. Lost $150 today & wasted my time and gas. I feel bad for customers getting charged 3x as well. They need to do better as a multi million dollar company. They have the money but I heard their only giving $5 in skip credits to customers, no refund.

@SkipTheDishes UPDATE: I HAVE GOTTEN 3 ORDERS, 2 WERE CANCELLED THE LAST ONE WAS DROPPED OFF AND I WAS NOT PAID FOR THE DRIVE FOR ALL 3 OF THEM. CS HAS NOT ANSWERED IN THE PAST HOUR.

@SkipTheDishes Ridiculous customer service for skip drivers. DO NOT DRIVE TO RESTAURANTS. All orders are mostly cancelled & you do not get paid for the drive to the restaurants!!! Support will not respond to your questions either.

@SkipTheDishes As a courier this is not okay as well. I delivered an order right before the app shut down and was not paid for it!! Now no one is responding on the chat log and they just keep ending the conversation!!
