Football: Lesson 2- “Capture The Football” Throw to an open receiver (15yd pass) from the pocket/ safe zone, scramble and run the ball to your side, practice catching, defend your zone and reinforce the one-hand touch rule. A fun, genuine skill builder. 🏈🍂😀
