It's me again. I am writing to request an update regarding the case of the Nigerian family of Titilayo Oluwakemi Oyekanmi who were reportedly deported to SA from Ireland on Sunday.
Could you please clarify their current whereabouts and legal status?
Also, has any decision been made regarding when they will be returned to Nigeria?
I think you now know how unhappy South Africans are over the fact that foreign nationals are fraudulently obtaining local documents, so they can go tarnish our image globally.
Lastly, when will you apologise to South Africans and Ireland for your department’s failure to prevent this criminal conduct from occurring?
