@OperoseHealth So I have just tried calling after receiving an SMS to make an Appointment< I asked for callback #TheRandolphSurgery & Someone actually called me back, The receptionist did not ASK for any of my details & just said someone will call me back to arrange an Appmnt --/

@OperoseHealth to be allowed to provide GP Health Services and the variuos Surgeries that you own. Read your Reviews it is not just myself complaining. This is Unacceptable - @NHSEnglandLDN

@OperoseHealth I am so very unhappy - your reviews are absolutely Appalling across the board. I tried to telephone #RandolphSurgery this afternoon. At The start of my call I was No. 6 in the Q. After waiting 35 minutes I was still No 6 in The Q - what an earth is wrong with this

@NHGhousing I am freezing and the boiler is not working. I am Years old and it is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER FROM THE EMERGENCY NUMBER FOR THE EMERGENCY BOILER CONTRACTOR!!

@NHGhousing My Boiler is not working!! IT IS 0043 NOW. I could not find the number for the Gas Boiler People. I rang the @NHGhousing emergency Number and they gave me me the number of the boiler contractor. I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 25 MINUTES FOR MY CALL TO BE ANSWERED.

@talktoNHG I have just noticed that the Drain Outside in my Basement Well has Overflowed. I view of the fact that we have already been flooded once a few years ago could this please be looked at.

@bt_uk COME ON BT & @WeAreOpenreach TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE LONDON W9 POSTAL AREA & WHOEVER ELSE IS AFFECTED WHEN THEY WILL GET THEIR INTERNET BACK. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS DUE TO AND OUTAGE - IT IS OVER 24 HOURS NOW - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX THIS @Ofcom
