@Ketchupguy_ @GenshinTgs @dennko03 I get it. I do hope they keep buffing old units to make it more balanced. I like what they did with Hex charavters, they are ballanced for the most part, and they bring up older unitis with them. I hope the same is true for future buffs.

There is this weird narrative that "Genshin never improves", which I really don't understand Are there still flaws? Sure Did the game improve a lot in terms of story presentation, character quality, quality of life, aesthetic, endgame modes compared to years ago? Absolutely yes

@Haikou_ @GenshinTgs @dennko03 ofc you can, but imo hoyo has made its players more meta pilled, you'd say a 90-100k dps team/character is enough/good but most people are not willing to take that over the 210k dps team they are offering, that discrepancy kinda needs to go IMO

@Ketchupguy_ @GenshinTgs @dennko03 You still can, I did last Abyss with Kaveh. The only place you need to use the META or you will lose is Stygian Fearless and Dire.

@dennko03 Powercreep did get worse, however pre Natlan the endgame was so trivial that meta didn't matter at all, and neither did your investment on characters This is still a better situation to be in

@Core_04g you need ~210k (A12 testing dummy), the boss gives 15cr after you heal away its debuff and thats like enough to give you around 5-10k dps if you utilize it well

so is 173k genuinely not enough dps for dire or am i doing something wrong

@Mind886069 @ZZZ_EN if the devs were smart they would just give some pulls to everybody instead of announcing an event like this who's a lot of returning players missed cause of poor timing, they announced seasons 3 characters and Miyabi skin and then people who came back early don't get the reward!

@CrossMight Ayaka is definitely a main push, I think she was the first ever to get a second PV and its now genshin's 11th most viewed video on their official bilibili, was considered top dps and has a dedicated support, Ayaka/Ayato (the Yashiro commission) orchestrated the rebellion as well

@dhcwsp well in a vacuum Nefer is, but if you take Mavuika's frontload against the current hp threadshold in stygian, she'd probably beat Nefer in a lot of situations, in the first 15s she did 33m comapred to Zibai's 28m and Nefer's 26m

@Ketchupguy_ @Gacha_Zone I don't feel like it’s a mistake at all (it reruns old characters who otherwise would never be reran) Hoyo just don't do it often enough which pretty much defeats the point (even though it'd be a much better idea to have it rotate every patch or smth)
