Six people, including a 7-year-old girl, were killed in Mississippi in a shooting spree by 24-year-old Dericka Moore. The attacks spanned three locations, beginning with the murder of his father, brother, and uncle. Moore also shot the child, attempted to sexually assault her, and killed the local pastor. Motive unknown.

@Heather_Liberty @InformedNJNurse Try Doxycycline, the regular Z-pack hasn’t been working, we’ve been having to treat with high dose Zithromax (500mg for all 5 days)

@InformedNJNurse 2 rounds of antibiotics and tomorrow is my last dose of steroids. Absolutely can not kick it. Did not try doxy, was on amox and then zpack, it's improving but not where it should be. I've been doing sinus rinsing, increased d&c, silver- this is far worse than when I had covid.

@InformedNJNurse @Heather_Liberty Has anyone tried Rocephin (Ceftriaxone)? It’s an excellent antibiotic for pneumonia and much better than doxycycline. I know doxycycline is the immediate go to but Rocephin is a good option to have in the wheelhouse.
