Footage shows Paul Ferguson recounting the torturous acts he carried out on his disabled brother, Timothy. Timothy Ferguson, who had autism and was speech-and motor-impaired, weighed only 69 pounds (31.3 kilograms) when he died in July 2022. An autopsy revealed that Timothy died from malnourishment and hypothermia. Timothy was forced to eat bread doused in hot sauce and lay in ice-cold baths for hours at a time. The boys’ mother, Shanda Vander, was sentenced to life in prison without a chance of parole after a jury convicted her of murder and child abuse. Paul Ferguson, was convicted and sentenced to a minimum of 30 years and a maximum of 100 years in jail.
