Can’t shake this exhaustion at the moment at all. Day off and I have no motivation or energy to do a single thing. Going to have to though or it’ll be a huge waste of a rare weekend day off.

@KirkcolmShop I’d love to be a donor but I seem to have an addiction to getting my ears pierced which stops me until I can talk myself out of it for more than 12 months. I used to get really anaemic so there’s a good chance that’s what’s wrong

@KAC2112 My anaemia was picked up when I became a blood donor 😊 It's a win, win I get to do something really worthwhile when I'm able to and I find out when my iron levels are too low and I need iron again 😊

@KirkcolmShop I think I’m needing something, take this dip every other month where nothing can wake me up properly and the slightest thing makes me exhausted, trying to get a docs appt is a whole other task as you no doubt know.
