@AESMatias @Trackmania Thanks! There is a lot of work needed to complete a game, but getting started is easy. 😁
For this project I would say that getting the physics right was the hardest part. And it still needs tweaking!

@KodubDev It's hard to code something like this in #threejs? The game seems to be very fun, and looks like @Trackmania style, i like it.

@KodubDev thanks, I've never tried using ammo.js, will take a look, would you recommend it to a scene with a lot of 3D objects exported from blender? I was working on this project (input-world.vercel.app) I had to use cannon.js with a lot of tweaks, to add colliders on the 3D objects

@AadarshGupta80 @threejs Yes, that should be possible. What are you computing? ammo.js can also run through WASM.

@nothardikgupta The camera does not care at all about the rotation of the car. It just moves towards the car from its current position until it's at its set distance.
The camera thus "hangs" behind the car as it drives like it's tied with a rope!

@KodubDev This is such an amazing project. Had a lot of fun beating the earlier 5 tracks. I have to ask, how do you have the camera follow car not so stiffly like in the R3F Car game example or like Gran Turismo. The camera turn slightly as the car turns

The settings can be changed independently, so if someone wants to they can keep the shadows enabled, while having everything else set to the lowest settings.

@KodubDev Shadows, skid marks, anti aliasing? Looks great, though! Might be worth keeping the shadows on low settings? I think they're valuable for gameplay as much as presentation.
