Good day at the Pioneer District Meet Jumped 20’0 in long jump placing second. Jumped 38’6 in triple jump placing third. Ran the 110m Hurdles for the first time this year placing first with a 17.30 Ran in the 300m Hurdles for the second time this year placing first with a 44.29.

Great day at the MED meet at Giles today. I hit a personal best in long jump with 21’2 and I hit a personal best and State Qualified in the 300m hurdles. Going to keep working on getting better and improving on the events I get to do!
