In china 2023 that year alone they had 10.47 mil degree holders. Every one will fight and undercut 1another

@archt67 @zerochills They do not stand a chance. The number of graduates each year surpasses the amount of new jobs there are. If your are in your late 40s and get laid off I guarantee you will not find another job with a similar pay or higher easily because they can probably higher 10 grads

@zerochills It’s definitely harder for young people right now. What was your degree in? Maybe build your talent stack. These days workers with a good work ethic are hard to find. Find the right field, show up on time and just keep solving problems and you will rise.
