@drewharvie It would mean hitting the GIR and having a decent chance to keep a putt from above the hole on the green. By your admission, the cup is cut 3 on, 3 from edge, so if a putt from the mid-section of the green, say 25-30 feet, rolls 36 inches past, it’s gone. Pros would love that!

Thrilled to hear that Burlington Golf & Country Club has hired Angela Moser as their consulting architect. One of the few golf courses on Lake Ontario, prior architects have not been kind to this gem, but they’re in proper hands and maybe a sign of the IQ rising in Canada. Exciting!
