I swear the apex community might be filled with the most retarded mouth breathing individuals in this timeline… Anyone who has played the game past diamond has BEGGED for solo q rank every split, every update it’s always one of the main things people ask for (aside from audio and anti cheat) …they bring it out and now all you fucking bots are on Twitter crying about how “you can’t play a team based game solo” and “this isn’t how the games supposed to be played” - “oh no I can’t play with my duo/3 stack this isn’t fun”…. 1) if you can’t communicate with 2 other solo q players to beat a lobby full of solo q players then you don’t deserve to rank past gold in any FPS game 2) you are directly the problem with this game and one of the leading factors as to why the game is and has been dying for years

@FrenzyFX_ Ranked in every game including other Royales doesn’t limit who you play with. There either needs to be a solo playlist or a solos game mode. Can’t call it a team game and say you can’t play with your friends. Do you not see how contradictory that is?

The point is, ranked means nothing unless there is a common ground for everyone to play on or it turns into glorified pubs with participation trophies (seasons 10,12,15,17,18 to name a few) It’s about levelling the playing field, if you wanna play w the homies go play pubs with sbmm lobbies anyway

The more and more people voice their opinions over the apex ranked changes the more and more I realize how awful this community is. Let me 3 stack with my friends and be hardstuck. I have no problem saying I’m average. Lose the ego kids, you aren’t going pro just like me

If you are Diamond or higher, you will not be able to squad up as a premade in Ranked. Our hypotheses are that this will create more evenly matched high-skill lobbies, reduce hard-carries into Diamond, Master and Predator and build trust in the overall fairness of these matches. While this is a commonly requested feature by portions of our community, we will be closely monitoring community sentiment and match data. Note: The in-game notification that some encountered yesterday (May 19th) was a visual error, and players are currently still able to squad up without restrictions.
