@CBCNews My daughters all serve. They have to tip out to kitchen and bar based on sales. When customers leave a $3 tip on a $100 bill, they have to tip out at 2% to bar & 3% to kitchen so it comes out of their pocket. If you don’t want to tip for service, order takeaway.
