@cosmos_slayer I live in the city but i can try to ask my social worker for info but i can't promise anything since upstate policies are not my forte but I'm fairly certain you're supposed to get more than 2 weeks in NY

@cosmos_slayer It depends highly on your city and state but it might help to see if there are any city or state run housing services that could direct you to resources. Also definitely look up your tenant rights. I wish i could help but unless you live in nyc all i can offer is vague advice

@cosmos_slayer You might need to seek our housing lawyers. I know here in nyc there are pro-bono offices that help with evictions. I'd also look up housing laws to know what your rights are. Why are they evicting you?
