fate is awesome because you read fate stay night and gilgamesh is like the most evil person who sucks so much you cheer to get ripped apart and then you read some of the deeper nasuverse stuff and find out actually hes one of the best characters in the franchise

I’m ngl lightning suits Enkidu more than it does Gilgamesh bc they’re the one who keeps getting animated with lightning sfx. He’d be better as imaginary, but ig hyv doesn’t want him to be too similar to mydei (lol) and Saber is already wind, so he ended up with Enkidu’s lightning

I’m just running my mouth here but it does feel funny to think of it that way. Like imaginary gold numbers and his whole theme aside, I recall he had a lot of wind skills in ccc (not to mention cosmic air) but they already gave that to Saber so he had to go with plan c lol
