Agree @laithwaites also a 1* review in that spend nearly 3 days sorting your mistake and issue on delayed list wine! And then asking me to repack the wine (which was lost and then sent in error) and send back to you!! Not great!!!!

@AngelaColby13 @YodelOnline @laithwaites I have had exact same issue on two off my last three orders don’t touch Laithwaites they continually fail and keep saying your order will be with you tomorrow never happens.

@YodelOnline So much for paying @laithwaites extra for delivery today as still no delivery and it is still sat in national hub it says via tracking not even out for delivery. Absolute joke of a company.

First was yodel which was lost and now DHL have order for two days and no sign of delivery l pay for guaranteed 2-3 days delivery and Laithwaites failing time after time their delivery process is a joke.

Very disappointed with @laithwaites and their legendary customer service: nobody called us back after we didn't get our scheduled delivery. Keeping your customers informed is all we ask 👍 And without a doubt @YodelOnline employs the dimmest drivers that serve Oxfordshire 🙄

@laithwaites really disappointed with my wine advent calendar! Bought a mixed one and so far 12 reds and 5 white! Given I'm the white wine drinker and he's the red and I bought it, I'm not happy! I keep thinking the next lot will be white, but no it's red again 😭

I pay @laithwaites a fee each year, only for their approved partner @YodelOnline to be 2 days late. Time for a change of supplier I think, or a change a wine merchant… what’s it going to be?
