We are thrilled to be a part of ASAD (Academy for Athlete Student Development) as part of a research grant from the Government of Canada to help limit the gap for Parasport Athletes from grassroots to high-performance!

Every week a new sports nutrition workshop with amazing young athletes! A common thread: most young athletes under-fuel and don’t know what or when to eat! Sports nutrition is a fundamental part of growth and athlete development.

We are growing Taylor Nutrition with these two incredible Sports Performance Dietitians--Jessica Mantik BSc RD & Jess Stroud BSc RD. Both Dietitians are varsity athletes from @UAlberta @UofAALES Our passion? Including credible sports nutrition as part of athlete development!

Finally !! After what has felt like endless delays due to unexpected permit holdups. We couldn’t be more excited to get this project back on track. In addition to the multipurpose studio, this space will be the new home to @LalithaTaylor and Pursuit of Performance Physio.
