No wonder Nigel Farage - who on multiple occasions has publicly advocated replacing the NHS with an insurance-based system – sees him as an ideal Reform UK councillor. Vote for Reform - and for nice chaps like James - if you want your NHS gutted, destroyed & replaced with an exploiting-the-sick-for-profit corporate alternative, folks.
