Should the NWS not send out warnings because of them? The idea that instructions shouldn’t be given because people cant use YouTube is insane!

I'll start a discussion on this, and I invite your thoughts! I think YouTubers should never tell someone explicitly to "drive away" from a tornado because we cannot assume that everyone is A) watching live and not delayed, and B) cognizant of what *we* know about the storm.
