If you truly believe that your thoughts create your reality, you wouldn’t let a day pass without catching yourself going unconscious. Instead, you would be defined by the vision of the future you want to create. Learn more in Dr Joe’s latest blog: bit.ly/48gGfNF

@INFLUENCESUBCON Faith(BEING) is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen-HEB.11:1
English

Your brain is filtering out opportunities right now.
Not because you're not looking.
Because your Reticular Activating System decided they're not for you.
Most people think they see reality. They don't.
They see what their RAS lets through. And your RAS is running on old code.
Every time you scroll past a post about the exact skill you need, that's your RAS.
Every time someone mentions an opportunity and you don't even register it, that's your RAS.
Every time the perfect connection is in the room and you never notice, that's your RAS.
Your RAS is a filter. It processes 11 million bits of information per second.
Your conscious mind catches 40. The other 10,999,960 bits? Deleted. Gone. Never reached you.
And here's what breaks most people: the filter isn't neutral. It's programmed by your identity.
Your RAS asks three questions about every piece of information:
Is it relevant to survival? Is it relevant to your goals? Is it relevant to who you think you are?
If the answer is no, it gets deleted. You never see it. You never hear it. You never know it existed.
So when your subconscious identity says "I'm not the type who builds a business," your RAS deletes every business opportunity.
When your identity says "I'm not the type who's wealthy," your RAS filters out financial opportunities.
When your identity says "I'm not the type who's confident," your RAS won't even let you see moments where you could step up.
You're not missing opportunities because you're not trying.
You're missing them because your brain literally won't show them to you.
But here's what nobody tells you: you can reprogram the filter.
Your RAS responds to three things: what you focus on repeatedly, what you attach emotion to, and what you physically look for.
The 7-Day RAS Reset:
Day 1-2: Write down the identity you want. Not the goal. The identity. "I am someone who sees and seizes opportunities." Read it out loud twice a day. Morning and night. Your RAS needs the repetition.
Day 3-4: Add sensory detail. What does that version of you see? Hear? Feel? Visualize it for 5 minutes before sleep. Your brain in theta waves is when the RAS reprograms fastest.
Day 5-7: Actively hunt for evidence. Set a timer. Three times a day, stop and ask: "What opportunity is in front of me right now that I'm filtering out?" Force your RAS to look. When you find something, act on it immediately. Even if it's small. Your RAS learns through behavior, not intention.
Most people read this and do nothing. They feel inspired, then go back to the same filter. Because knowing the mechanism doesn't change the code.
Your RAS is listening right now. What are you programming it to see?

@Virtus_Strength @RazedFootball His point is simple. You lost to an Arsenal side in 08. All these stats you are posting doesn't negate his point.

Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey is shaking things up again with a new messaging app called Bitchat.
What makes it interesting?
It works without mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Yes!
No internet at all ❌
Bitchat sends messages directly from phone to phone using nearby device connections. That means people can still communicate during internet shutdowns, network outages, emergencies, protests, or in areas with poor connectivity 🌍🔒
It is private, resilient, and independent of big networks or centralized systems.
Just another reminder that innovation isn’t always about faster internet. Sometimes it’s about removing the internet completely.
Technology keeps evolving. I love this one 👌🏾
