Samaritans volunteers respond daily to letters sent to Freepost SAMARITANS LETTERS. We will send a free envelope for you to write back.

This time of year we often think about our hopes for our future. If things look rather bleak it's good to talk through how we feel. Many like to do this in words. Freepost SAMARITANS LETTERS. One of our trained volunteers will respond as soon as possible.

Writing down how you feel in a letter can be so helpful, Samaritans Letters are working all over Christmas and New Year replying to letters people send us. We have a very simple address which is Freepost SAMARITANS LETTERS.

Sometimes we have something to say and words don't come out instantly enough for a conversation. Maybe it will help to write a letter, you can take as long as you want to get your thoughts and feelings down on paper.
