Today, in the company of my mother I had the honour and privilege of being sworn in as the Woman Member of Parliament for Kitgum District in the 12th Parliament of Uganda. I am deeply humbled by the trust and confidence the people of Kitgum have placed in me to represent their voices and aspirations. This moment is not only a personal milestone but also a renewed commitment to serve with dedication, integrity, and unwavering focus on improving the livelihoods of our people, especially women, youth, and vulnerable communities under the leadership and vision of the NRM Government. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the people of Kitgum District, our leaders, supporters, family, and friends who have stood with me throughout this journey. Your encouragement and belief continue to inspire me to work harder for the development and transformation of our district.
