I got asked to send evidence and spent time uploading several screenshots detailing the order that I can see on your APP under my orders - but you then tell me I can;t use it - so have just wasted 45 minutes of my time on a chat which can't help me!
@ASOS INFURIATED with your customer service. I placed an order, which somehow failed after it had completed and given me a delivery date. Now all I want to do is place my order before items go out of stock - but your team can't find the order number and won't honour the discount

@Ocado I'm absolutely livid. I had a food order for a holiday booked. As it's a big order my bank checked with me first that it wasn't fraudulent. Ocado's operations were unable to cope with this and now cannot recover my delivery. So with 16hrs notice my whole order is cancelled
@Ocado A solution would be to take accountability for the issue, which customer services did not do. And rectify your operations sothat this doesn't impact other customers.

@Ocado Its more than disappointing. In a time of eating out less, not having your food order arrive is very significant. Your team offered me nothing to resolve the issue. I have never received such poor customer care & did not expect that from Ocado - supposed leaders in online grocery

@Ocado I already spoke to your customer services team and they said there's nothing you can do. I don't understand how Ocado can have such a huge oversight in their operations that can impact their customers so severely. We planned this out so long ago and i expected more from Ocado.
