I was on the phone with an extremely rude representative for 3 damn hours. And then the rude agent named Hannah hung up on me. This is ridiculous. Absurd and unacceptable. Please contact me asap to get this solved!!!!

Hey @AirCanada. I've been collectively waiting on hold for over 3 hrs (the call dropped at 1.5hrs 😠) for someone to resolve an issue your rep assured would be handled 2 weeks ago—it wasn't.
(I waited over 2 hrs that time!)
OVER 3 HOURS.

@AirCanada Why are passengers stuck on the tarmac because they can’t get flight paths to you and why didn’t you notify the airlines before they were boarded?
Being left without essentials while customers are forced to chase basic information after paying premium fees is completely unacceptable. File reference: YULAC92268.

Hey @AirCanada - extremely disappointed with how my delayed baggage has been handled. I paid extra to check my baggage, and it’s now been 3 days with no meaningful update, no accountability, and apparently no idea where my bag even is.
Had the displeasure of flying in @AirCanada ‘s Airbus 321 on my Vancouver to Ottawa flight this weekend. They have shrunk the leg room so much that at 5’7 my knees were pressed up against the back seat. It borders on inhumane to make people sit in this cramped a space for 5 hours
