Hey @GWRHelp I hear that the @foofighters did an encore at their London gig last night. If they do the same tomorrow night, I’ll miss it as the last train home (Didcot) is 23:33!! There’s a 00:31 Mon-Fri, but not on a Sat night, why oh why??! 🤷‍♀️

@Ascot hey Ascot, is there any likelihood of tomorrow’s race meet being postponed because of the weather? And if so, when are you likely to make a decision? Can’t believe the weather is going to be soooo rubbish. Been looking forward to this!

@ukorchids found a white bee orchid today. Never seen one before. Are they rare? Found in Oxfordshire.

@Carole_King first ever singing lesson today, well into my 40s. Fascinated to see if I’d been hiding a voice all these years. My song choice: Way Over Yonder. Thank you for such a beautiful song. It was an hour of pure musical therapy!

I almost didnt enter yesterday’s hill climb. Not because I knew it would be physcially uncomfortable but I was scared of “being rubbish”, worried about people thinking I have “let myself go” by not being as fit as I used to be. Doing the race was a step forward in fearing less

Swimmers! Well, brave swimmers!! If it’s 17 degrees at 7am sat morning how freezing will an unheated Lido be please? Can I wear a jumper/carry a hot water bottle? Or will it be bracing but bearable & nice once swimming?
