@StutteringCraig From your comments on the show it sounded like you were fasting for the mental benefits. You can get basically the same effect by going on a keto diet for a few days. It’s an easier option since you don’t have to worry about hunger and salting your food keeps your electrolytes up

I'm gonna be honest, I did not get enough electrolytes and today SUCKED. I ended up throwing up during our show today because I was feeling so bad.
I legit crashed out after so I broke my fast and I feel SO much better.
I learned that I need to get electrolytes & other vitamins MUCH earlier in a fast. Will try again soon.
