I would prefer to write something wrong rather than using ai to translate it, it wouldn’t be my writing after all
Eventually I will find a beta reader to help me and check any mistakes if I will ever publish in english! But thanks for the advice

@robkroese I had a character hack into a computer system across three chapters once. my beta reader pointed out he couldve just asked the receptionist. deleted 4000 words that day

In a show I watched recently a character Googled how to lift a bloody fingerprint. Character goes to the hardware store, does something complicated with superglue, and then gives the lifted print to a cop. The cop responds, "OK but why didn't you just take a pic with your phone?"

Exactly. It's ridiculous how many plots the cellphone completely obliterates. That's why every movie needs to have a scene where the phone breaks, or is out of battery, or out of range. And the new thing that will obliterate plots is AI. Why didn't you ask the AI how to build a fire? Why didn't you ask how to suck out that poison bite? It's quite boring.
