@JohnEDeaton1 So if under the conditions of the liquidating trust, in 5 years the company (Ripple) doesn’t go public we would only be refunded our investment into Ripple and not its current value at that time?
REGARDING LINQTO:
At today’s hearing in the bankruptcy court in Texas, the Counsel for the Debtor (@linqtoinc) and Counsel for the Creditors Committee announced a settlement.
The $60M DIP loan using customer shares of @Ripple@circle@krakenfx@UpholdInc etc is now off.
My motion objecting to the DIP loan and asking the Judge to impose a Constructive Trust ruling in effect Linqto does not own the shares and therefore cannot collateralize those shares will NOT be litigated.
This is GREAT NEWS. I will do a Spaces at 7PM EST Today to explain.
@GovBobFerguson Not to mention a lot of other horrible state laws that he signed in earlier this year as well! We need better leadership and people that truly care about Washingtonians, and it starts with the governor!
A few of the state laws I signed earlier this year that took effect on Sunday:
Reporting of medical debt to credit agencies is prohibited.
Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha are state holidays.
Washingtonians have the right to repair for electronic products and mobility equipment.
REGARDING LINQTO:
I need to correct 2 previous posts regarding the number of @linqtoinc customers who’ve signed up to the Google form below 👇
Previously, I mistakenly stated 10,000 customers had signed up. The accurate number is approximately 1,900.
Considering there are about 13K Linqto customers, I was shocked 10K had signed up, in just 2 days, from a single post.
I should’ve waited before posting (my bad), because afterwards, it seemed too high of a number so I had my staff painstakingly go through and triple check for an accurate #
There have been over 31K entries because of bots 🤖 🤖, double entries, and, of course, trolls. Also, some people only included a first name and/or left out identifiable info that I can’t consider.
1,900 is still a very significant number, especially after just a couple posts. I will do whatever I can to help protect people’s assets.
I’ve also contacted GOP lawmakers in my state and shared my concerns directly with Bob Ferguson. I’m grateful to everyone fighting to make this country great again. Please don’t forget about us in Washington—we still believe in America, and in you. @realDonaldTrump
President Trump, families like mine in WA are being crushed by unconstitutional taxes & failed leadership. We work hard, raise our kids with strong values, and are being pushed to the edge. I submitted my full letter at WhiteHouse.gov. @realDonaldTrump#SaveWashington
@GovBobFerguson Care for the vets? Governor Ferguson, your leadership is failing this state. $9B in new taxes—on fuel, small biz, even govt-backed gold & silver (which is unconstitutional). Middle-income families like mine are being driven out. We need real leadership—not control and punishment.
The debt we owe the men and women who died to defend our freedom can never be repaid. On Memorial Day, we honor their memory and their sacrifice.
They will never be forgotten.

I led a coalition of business, labor, and elected leaders in filing a “friend of the court” brief supporting a multistate lawsuit to block the Trump Administration’s illegal tariffs.
These tariffs are hurting Washington state. Our coalition is ensuring the voices of Washington’s workers and businesses are heard.
We must all stand up for hardworking businesses, workers, and consumers.
127 DAYS UNTIL WE RETIRE @ewarren
I have always rejected those who say: “that’s impossible.”
Here are a few examples throughout my life when I was told: “that’s impossible” or “it can’t be done.”
FIRST TIME:
After being repeatedly beaten and brutally raped at gun and knifepoint from 9-11 years old, I was told it would be impossible for me to get away without me or my mother being killed.
RESULT:
Although it caused me some issues, I did ok for myself, and now, I’m running for U.S. Senate against one of Washington’s most entrenched Elites, while my beautiful mother lived another forty years after witnessing her son make it.
SECOND TIME:
It will be impossible for you to graduate high school living in Highland Park, Detroit. All of your siblings dropped out and so will you.
RESULT:
After having a gun shoved in my mouth the first day of high school, I did drop out for the first 3 months. But at 14 years old, given a chance by a catholic high school principal who cut the tuition in half, I worked 18 hour days commuting from Highland Park to the suburbs, working at a restaurant after playing football and basketball, making payments on my tuition and ultimately graduating with Honors.
THIRD TIME:
It will be impossible for you to get through the intense first year of law school while working 20-30 hours per week and undergoing chemo treatment for testicular cancer.
RESULT:
Living in Roxbury, there were days I didn’t eat because I had no money and tbh, there were dark times. I even had a brief moments of giving up on life. But I didn’t. Not only did I make it through the first year of law school, I was in the top 25%, making it onto Law Journal (just missing Law Review). I graduated from New England Law in Boston with honors.
FOURTH TIME:
It will be impossible for you to make it through grueling USMC training with a broken dead navicular bone in your right wrist. You can’t even do push-ups the normal way because of your wrist and you’re right handed - they will definitely kick you out so don’t even try.
RESULT:
Although painful and some exercises much more challenging than normal (eg rope climbing), after 10 weeks, I was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Marines the summer of 1994.
FIFTH TIME:
It will be nearly impossible for you with $175K in debt, with 2 kids and a wife, to open up a law practice in a niche field (mesothelioma), controlled by a few big law firms that have cornered or monopolized the New England market. You’re crazy AND stupid for giving up $200-300K per year just to own your own business. You shouldn’t even try.
RESULT:
It wasn’t easy. I maxed out my credit cards at $100K my first year and had a business loss that year of
-$175K. It was VERY stressful and I felt like it was me against the world at times, and I had doubts along the way. But I know one definition of success and entrepreneurship is a willingness to live a few years like most people won’t, in order to live more years like most people can’t. Six years later, I was debt free, including my house and business property.
THIS TIME:
“You can’t beat @SenWarren IN MASSACHUSETTS, as a Republican, with Donald Trump, who lost MA by 33 points in 2020, at the top of the ticket.”
RESULT:
We will find out come November 5th.
You can help me prove them wrong at:
